Joy, Thank you! With this painting I was just trying to capture the amazing feeling of being in that spot at that time. It was a beautiful day, with just a little breeze and plenty of sun. I always love being on Cape Cod in the summer.

Love Cape Cod. Used to do a week show there each year in Hyannis, so many paintings from that period. At some point I'll add a Cape Cod album. Once again... appreciate your help, Gregory.

Gregory Arnett

Thank you for visiting my gallery here on Fine Art America and Pixels.com. I recently enjoyed a great painting tour through Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and then back to the Adirondacks in New York. So, please check back as I will be adding new paintings from the trip to my gallery. If you have any questions, please email me at greg@gregoryarnett.com. Thanks again, and have a great Spring! Artist Statement: Most of my artwork continues the artist tradition of what I call "the big three" subjects: portrait, landscape and still life. Since moving to the Hudson River Valley in 1999, I've spent more and more time painting the local and regional landscape. The natural environment of the Northeast is too...
